Delegate Fee Includes:

The delegate fee includes participation in all sessions, coffee breaks, luncheons and drinks receptions. Delegates will also have access to summit presentations available after the event.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made directly by email to Livia Eckett. Cancellations made by email and acknowledged by CR one month before Summit start date will receive a refund, but a charge of USD 150.00 will be made for administrative costs. It is regretted that no refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event start date. Please be sure to cancel any existing hotel reservation directly with the hotel to avoid or minimise any cancellation fees.

A replacement of a delegate is always possible. This should be confirmed before the start of the conference.

Payment Information

We accept credit card and wire transfer payments. After you have processed your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and an invoice. The total price including all charges is due immediately upon conclusion of booking.

Registrations are confirmed when payment is received. For registrations made after 9 August 2019, only credit card payments will be accepted in order to minimise the risk of non-payment before the event.
